The primary objectives of this WP are:
To develop a communication plan to ensure effective communication between project partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries. This includes setting up communication channels (such as email, social media, newsletters), establishing communication protocols, and conducting regular meetings and updates.
To develop and implement a dissemination plan to ensure that the project results reach a wide audience. This includes creating dissemination materials to already identified target audiences, and using appropriate channels (such as ME, trainings, social media) to disseminate the project results.
To develop a plan to exploit the project results to ensure their long-term sustainability and impact. This includes the development of a business model, and establishing partnerships with relevant organisations.
To deliver training activities to ensure that project partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries have the necessary skills and knowledge to use the project results effectively.
